About Us: Bays Joinery is an award winning residential and commercial joinery company servicing the Tasman & Marlborough region and beyond. We have design studios in Nelson and Marlborough with a state-of-the-art factory at our Nelson site. We have a strong team of creative designers, project detailers and qualified joiners.
The Role: The role is a front of house administration/front of house position in our Nelson Design Studio. A 1 year full time maternity cover with the possibility of becoming permanent P/T job share or full time in the future. The main responsibilities are providing outstanding reception and customer service as first point of contact for our clients. Being part of the administration team includes processing accounts, H&S documentation, marketing, tech support as well as assisting the design & operations team. The role is best suited for a personable, self-driven candidate with customer service experience who thrives in a high performing environment. A positive, ‘can do’ attitude will be an important attribute as you liaise with clients, suppliers and our Bays Joinery team.
Start date: Monday 27th January
Requirements: Along with enthusiasm & initiative you will have; - A friendly & engaging personality - A passion for delivering quality customer service with communication expertise - Strong organisational and time management skills that accommodates changing priorities - Proficient excel & other Microsoft skills - Experience in accounts payable and receivable - Excellent attention to detail including numeracy skills - Customer facing & admin experience required
